Nous vous présentons : le cylindre culasse Stage6 70cc R/T MKI Piaggio haut de gamme "Hyper Racing" diamètre 47,6mm (70cc), de la toute nouvelle série "R/T" pour scooters à moteur Piaggio à refroidissement liquide.
Ce kit comprend donc les éléments suivants :
-Un cylindre en aluminium traité nikasil, possédant 6 transferts d'admission et une sortie d'échappement bipartie à barrette.
-Un piston "haut de gamme" avec segment extra-fin.
-Une culasse haute compression bipartie à plot détachable (anodisée orange).
-Une bride d’échappement plate spécifique “R/T”
-Une cale d'embase spécifique "R/T" représentant l'innovation majeure de ce cylindre.
En effet, cette cale permet de boulonner le cylindre sur le bas moteur sans avoir de goujons traversant le kit de part en part, ce qui permettra notamment aux préparateurs de laisser "libre cours à leur imagination".
Du point de vue des performances ce kit cylindre culasse Stage6 70cc "R/T MK 1" Piaggio se situe au niveau des meilleurs kits "70cc Hyper Racing" du marché avec une puissance potentielle allant de 20 à plus 22 chevaux !
Attention !! il faudra réaléser le carter moteur pour passer le pied du cylindre (diamètre 56,1mm à +/- 0,1mm, profondeur 10mm) ! Par ailleurs, seuls les pots Stage6 "R/T" peuvent s'adapter sur le cylindre.
We present to you: the high-end Stage6 70cc R/T MKI Piaggio cylinder head cylinder "Hyper Racing" diameter 47.6mm (70cc), from the brand new "R/T" series for scooters with liquid-cooled Piaggio engines.
This kit therefore includes the following elements:
-A Nikasil treated aluminum cylinder, with 6 intake transfers and a two-part exhaust outlet with bar.
-A “high-end” piston with extra-thin segment.
-A two-part high compression cylinder head with detachable stud (orange anodized).
-A specific “R/T” flat exhaust flange
-A specific “R/T” base shim representing the major innovation of this cylinder.
In fact, this shim allows the cylinder to be bolted to the lower engine without having studs crossing the kit from one side to the other, which will allow tuners to give "free rein to their imagination".
From a performance point of view, this Piaggio Stage6 70cc "R/T MK 1" cylinder head kit is at the level of the best "70cc Hyper Racing" kits on the market with a potential power ranging from 20 to over 22 horsepower!
Attention !! it will be necessary to re-bore the engine crankcase to pass the cylinder base (diameter 56.1mm to +/- 0.1mm, depth 10mm)! Furthermore, only Stage6 "R/T" exhausts can fit on the cylinder.
